As the Managing Director of Ardent Management and Project Services (AMPS) Ms. Sonia Kutubuddin brings earnest leadership, flexibility and strategic thinking to the organization. Ms. Sonia is a superb team builder and possesses more than twenty years of extensive knowledge and professional experience in the development and corporate arena of Bangladesh.
Her major areas of expertise include agricultural technology promotion, capacity building, strategic project design, performance monitoring and evaluation, research study, project implementation, program coordination, strategic planning, policy reforms, gender analysis, mapping and mainstreaming, livelihood development, documentation, translation etc.
Ms. Sonia obtained her MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka and has done a specialized Executive Data Science course offered by Johns Hopkins University on Coursera. She has done a certified course on Corporate Management from the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) in Japan. She received Translators without Borders Access to Knowledge Award of 2018: Right to Knowledge Award.
