Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam, Financial Management Specialist, Assistant Professor, School of Business, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology.
Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce degree from the University of Dhaka. He also earned a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. He completed his Ph. D in Business Administration from Jahangirnagar University, Savar. Dr. Alam has conducted several empirical studies. His works have been published in different national and international professional and scholarly journals.
Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam began his professional life as a Lecturer at the People’s University of Bangladesh in 2004. He joined Southeast University as Senior Lecturer in 2009. Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam is teaching at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology since 2011. He is currently holding the position of Professor in the School of Business.
Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam regularly participates in national and international workshops and has excellent knowledge of the business world. He has a genuine interest in finding practical solutions for entrepreneurs and management and some of his ideas have been presented at conferences/seminars. Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam is a self-motivated person with strong integrity. His talents, knowledge, and skills are very valuable and good for this new company. As a Director, Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam is making important contributions to AMPS.
